How do I return an item?

First, we want to thank you for your purchase and we are truly sorry you are not satisfied. If you are not satisfied, please return the items back to us within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund (excluding shipping charges). Customers are responsible for all costs incurred to ship the returned item. No other shipping costs are not refundable, including the shipping charge incurred for the original purchase. Returns shipped after 30 days may receive a store credit only, however this at the discretion of HingeStix.

Return Policy

The original sales receipt must accompany returns. You may include a printout of the receipt or a scan of the receipt,  

We accept returns for exchange or refund 30 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion, after 30 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition".  Your item may be disqualified from an exchange or store credit if it contains marks or blemishes such as distressed marks from rimshots, scuffed or chipped paint, splintered or chipped wood are considered disqualifying.

Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

  • without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, including distress marks from rimshots, dings, splintered or chipped wood.

  • within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.

  • unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 30 days noted in the item's description.

If a customer receives damaged or is incorrectly shipped items by HingeStix, please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped by us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit.

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

Again, you MUST contact us within 30 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 30 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the seller is not at fault.
